We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Oman. As a URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR OMAN Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of bridges, culverts, and flyovers for highway and expressway projects. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of these infrastructure elements. Gulf experience is considered an added advantage for this position.

Responsibilities: URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR OMAN Senior Structural Engineer

Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in civil engineering to prepare construction drawings and designs for bridges, including plans for piers, abutments, and approaches.
Conduct comprehensive structural assessments to determine the integrity of existing bridges and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance measures.
Collaborate with a team of engineers and professionals to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for structural challenges.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design and construction process.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.
Contribute to the shortlisting and evaluation of CVs to identify qualified candidates for engineering positions.

Qualifications: URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR OMAN Senior Structural Engineer

Bachelor’s degree (BE or B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in designing and constructing bridges, culverts, and flyovers for highway or expressway projects.
Strong proficiency in preparing construction drawings and designs for structural elements.
In-depth knowledge of relevant software and tools for structural analysis and design.
Familiarity with Gulf region engineering standards and practices is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
