Job Description: BARISTA Job In Bahrain

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and ensuring excellent customer service. We are specifically looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
2. Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
3. Operate coffee-making equipment with precision and cleanliness.
4. Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
5. Stay updated on coffee trends and recommend specialty beverages to customers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Barista.
2. Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of different coffee types and brewing techniques.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
6. Attention to detail and cleanliness.

Compensation:

• Salary: BD250 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
