Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Welcome and greet customers warmly, creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere in the coffee shop.
2. Coffee Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and more, following precise recipes to ensure consistency.
3. Coffee Knowledge: Share your extensive knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee-related products with customers, making recommendations and suggesting coffee pairings.
4. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy, ensuring proper processing of payments.
5. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations in the coffee shop and maintain a cooperative and supportive work atmosphere.
7. Supply Management: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that the coffee station is well-equipped at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements: Barista Job in Dubai

1. Previous Barista Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, although enthusiastic entry-level candidates will also be considered.
2. Passion for Coffee: Possess a genuine passion for coffee, along with a deep understanding of different coffee varieties and brewing techniques.
