Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning, to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other common areas following established protocols and using appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors by using proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and properly handle cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Respond to special cleaning requests or emergencies, such as spills or accidents.
  • Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, coworkers, and occupants.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines when handling sensitive information or materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred, but not required.
